Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you register.

Certification interests: the vendors, certifications, and exams you browse or search for.

Practice activity: questions answered, practice exams started and completed, scores, answers, time spent, marked questions, and progress data.

AI interactions: prompts you send to AI-powered features and the responses generated for you.

Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, and usage analytics (pages viewed, feature events).

Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

Payments are processed by our payment providers (including Stripe and our checkout processor). We never store your payment card number, CVV, or bank details within Certification Pro. The provider shares with us only the information needed to deliver your purchase — such as your email, order amount, and payment status — so we can grant access and support your account.

We use your information to:

• Operate your account and authenticate you across devices.
• Grant and manage subscription access, renewals, and cancellations.
• Save your practice progress, scores, and analytics so you can track readiness.
• Personalize study recommendations and show the most relevant certification content.
• Send service emails: receipts, subscription notices, and account-security messages. Marketing emails are opt-in.
• Understand usage, improve the service, and prevent fraud, scraping, and abuse.

We rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments (including Stripe), email delivery, analytics, and AI features. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its service, under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your account and practice data while your account is active. If your account is inactive, we may keep a reduced set of records as required for billing, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request earlier deletion as described below.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can update profile details from your account page, or contact us through the FAQ & Support page to exercise data or deletion requests. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by law.

You can request deletion of your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, practice progress, and stored results. Some records (such as completed purchase records) may be retained for accounting and legal reasons even after account deletion.

Certification Pro is intended for adults preparing for professional certifications and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. The current version is always available at this page with its effective date, and material changes will be surfaced to you in the app. Please also review our Terms of Service.
