Terms of Service

Certification Pro is an independent exam-preparation and educational platform. Certification Pro is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by any third-party certification vendor unless explicitly stated. Vendor names, certification names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners, and any reference to them is for identification and educational purposes only.

All practice material is original instructional content provided for educational purposes, aligned to publicly available exam objectives. Use of Certification Pro does not guarantee passing any examination.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal: you may not share your credentials with, or transfer your account to, any other person. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in credential sharing or suspicious activity.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly display Certification Pro content, question banks, or explanations.
• Use Certification Pro to obtain, request, solicit, or distribute improperly obtained, confidential, or protected exam content (including "brain dumps" or real exam questions).
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the service or extract content in bulk.
• Interfere with the service's operation or security, or attempt to circumvent access controls or entitlement limits.
• Use the service in violation of any examination security agreement, candidate agreement, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), or certification-provider policy you are bound by.

Exam objectives, blueprints, and vendor requirements may change at any time. You remain solely responsible for reviewing the current official exam requirements published by the relevant certification vendor.

Paid plans (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime) provide the access described on our Pricing page. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime access is a single, one-time purchase with no renewal.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your payment card information. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause access until payment succeeds.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases if you have not extensively used premium content. Refund requests can be made by contacting support from the email on your account. Refunds, where granted, revoke premium access. This guarantee does not apply to renewals or to accounts that we have suspended for violation of these Terms.

All content on Certification Pro — including question banks, explanations, study guides, flashcards, software, and design — is owned by Certification Pro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your personal exam preparation. All other rights are reserved.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that harms the service or other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, add, or remove features, content, or plans. If we make a material change to your paid plan, we will notify you in advance where practicable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Certification Pro does not warrant that use of the service will result in passing any examination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certification Pro's total liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available at this page with its effective date. If a change is material, we will notify account holders and may ask you to re-accept the updated version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
